As a Food Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing day-to-day food operations, supporting management, and ensuring both employee and customer satisfaction. Your contributions will impact the quality and safety of the food service environment, while also fostering a positive workplace culture.

In this leadership role, you will coordinate and supervise the work of service employees engaged in food operations, facilitating training, maintaining health and safety standards, and resolving issues to ensure excellent service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of related work experience
  • Ability to work varying shifts including days and hours
  • Open availability preferred
  • Commitment to promoting a safe and healthy working environment
  • Ability to attend scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • Facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
