The Food Supervisor role at SodexoMagic, based at the Delta Sky Club - MCO location, is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive hourly pay rate of $21. This position requires a flexible schedule with varying shifts and open availability preferred. As a Food Supervisor, candidates will act as essential leaders within food service operations, overseeing the day-to-day activities of service employees in diverse settings such as fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events and banquets, casual dining, and cafes. This dynamic role is perfect for multitaskers who are passionate about quality and customer satisfaction.

In this role, the Food Supervisor supports management by providing hands-on oversight to ensure smooth operational flow and superior service during business hours. Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
