The Food Supervisor position at Sodexo based in UC Health Long's Peak Hospital presents an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing daily food service operations. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $21.50 to $24.08, working afternoon and evening shifts with varying days of the week. As a Food Supervisor, you will oversee the routine work activities of service employees engaged in various food operations including fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, and cafes. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and customer service that meets Sodexo's standards and client expectations.
In this role, you will support management by providing oversight during business operations, helping to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, and facilitating the orientation and training of new employees. Your leadership will guide teams toward achieving customer satisfaction through quality service and effective problem resolution. Timeliness, reliability, and adaptability are key attributes required to succeed in this dynamic role. The Food Supervisor will be expected to undertake other duties as assigned, reflecting the needs of the business and client requirements at UC Health Long's Peak Hospital.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
- Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts with varying days
- Ability to attend work on scheduled shifts punctually
- Capable of facilitating employee training and orientation
- Physical capability to assist in a fast-paced food service environment
- Commitment to maintaining safe workplace practices

Job Duties
- Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
- Facilitate orientation and training of employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned that may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
