The Food Supervisor role at SodexoMagic, located within a Theme Park setting, represents a critical leadership position within the food service operations. This full-time position is offered with a competitive pay rate of $34 per hour, reflecting the importance of the role and the expertise required. The work schedule involves varying shifts with an open availability preference, allowing flexibility to meet the demands of the dynamic food service environment characteristic of theme parks. As a Food Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily food service activities under the guidance of management, ensuring the seamless operation of various food service formats such as fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events and banquets, and casual dining cafes.
Your responsibilities will revolve around coordinating and supporting service employees engaged in food operations, ensuring day-to-day activities are executed efficiently and in alignment with quality standards, safety protocols, and customer satisfaction goals. You will be instrumental in creating a safe and healthy workplace, facilitating employee orientation and training programs, and addressing customer service inquiries and concerns proactively. By fostering a collaborative and positive team environment, you will help maintain high morale and productivity among staff. This position requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can multitask effectively, manage competing priorities, and lead with confidence and fairness.

Job Duties
- Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
- Facilitate orientation and training of employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements
