The Food Supervisor role at Sodexo, located at THE SOCIAL CHICO, is a full-time position offering a competitive pay range of $22 to $25 per hour. This position is essential in overseeing day-to-day food operations within various service settings such as fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events, banquets, and cafes. As a Food Supervisor, you will act as a key leader on-site, supporting management by coordinating routine activities of service employees and ensuring smooth operations. This role demands a highly organized and adaptable individual who excels at multitasking and fostering a safe, efficient, and customer-focused atmosphere.

Key responsibilities include providing direct support to management in supervising food service teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and facilitating employee training and orientation.
