Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Availability for afternoon, evening shifts and rotating weekends
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Compliance with safety and hygiene standards

- Experience in food service environment
- Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide support to management in daily oversight of service employees engaged in food operations
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees
- Facilitate orientation and training of new employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and be punctual for scheduled shifts
- Coordinate routine work activities across multiple food service areas
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
