Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • Availability for afternoon, evening shifts and rotating weekends
  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Compliance with safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food service environment
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in daily oversight of service employees engaged in food operations
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees
  • Facilitate orientation and training of new employees
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and be punctual for scheduled shifts
  • Coordinate routine work activities across multiple food service areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
