The Food Supervisor role at Sodexo, based at SSM St. Anthony Hospital, is a full-time position offering competitive pay ranging from $19.56 to $24.25 per hour. This role demands a dynamic and dedicated individual who will oversee and coordinate various food service operations, including fast casual, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. The Food Supervisor is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting management with workforce oversight, facilitating employee training, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment, and maintaining customer satisfaction through quality and service excellence.

As a master multitasker and leader, the Food Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the management team in the day-to-day supervision of staff, addressing any issues that arise, and upholding Sodexo’s standards for food safety and service quality. Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business

  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
