This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $16.00 and requires open availability with varying shifts to effectively meet the demands of the operation. As a Food Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily food service operations across several formats including fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes.

The Food Supervisor functions as a key liaison between management and food service employees, ensuring that operational goals, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. This position involves multitasking and managing multiple priorities simultaneously, guaranteeing that food service runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for supporting management by coordinating work activities for service employees, facilitating employee orientation and training, and helping to nurture a safe and healthy working environment for all staff.
