The Food Supervisor role at Sodexo’s Auto Club Headquarters in Costa Mesa offers a full-time opportunity with a competitive pay range of $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. As a Food Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting management by overseeing daily service activities across a variety of food venues such as fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events and banquets, casual dining, and cafes. You will be responsible for ensuring that quality, customer satisfaction, and safety standards are consistently met, while also fostering a positive work environment.

This position requires a master multitasker who can adeptly coordinate service employees, facilitate training and orientation, and address customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Job Requirements

  • one or more years of related work experience

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned which may vary among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
