The Food Supervisor role at Sodexo is a full-time position located at its Hunton Andrews Kurth UPA facility in Richmond. In this role, the Food Supervisor acts as the liaison between management and service staff, supporting management by coordinating work activities and facilitating communication. Responsibilities include training and orienting new employees, boosting team morale, and ensuring the work environment remains safe and compliant with health standards. The Food Supervisor also plays a significant role in handling customer concerns and helping resolve any issues related to food service quality or other operational matters to maintain a positive dining experience. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of related work experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Reliable with strong attendance record
- Ability to support and maintain a safe work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to work weekdays only shifts

Job Duties
- Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
- Facilitate orientation and training of employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
