This full-time Food Supervisor position is located at the University of Tampa and offers a competitive pay range of $18.00 to $24.50 per hour. Candidates are expected to have open availability with varying shifts and days, with more specifics provided during the interview process. Sodexo encourages university students with work hour restrictions to apply for student worker roles instead. As a Food Supervisor, you will oversee daily food operations across various dining services including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. The role demands a proactive leader who excels in multitasking and quality assurance, ensuring excellent customer service, employee training, and a safe working environment.

You will support management by coordinating routine work activities, guiding service employees, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
