- Obtain Food Handlers card within 30 days of employment
- Hepatitis A vaccination or annual testing at employee expense
- Ability to work during campus closures and inclement weather as an essential employee
- Pass background check
- Successful completion of post offer employment testing

Job Duties
- Perform food service, sanitation and kitchen maintenance
- Serve food with proper portion control and menu knowledge
- Greet customers, take orders, remember special requests and deliver food timely
- Assist with setup and execution of catering events including transportation of food and equipment
- Aid cooks in meal preparation and plating
- Clean kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and maintain sanitation standards
- Ensure food safety and proper display of food and beverages
