Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Hepatitis A vaccine required
- Cleveland County Food Handlers card required within 30 days of hire and maintained every other year
- Ability to work during University closures and inclement weather
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed
- Ability to safely lift and transport food items and equipment
- Compliance with background check requirements
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to operate kitchen utensils and industrial food equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and assist others when needed
Job Duties
- Prepare food following recipes and portion control standards
- Measure, weigh, and combine ingredients for quantity preparation
- Utilize kitchen utensils, appliances, and industrial equipment safely
- Serve food with proper portion control and courteous service
- Load, carry, and transport food items or containers safely and efficiently
- Wash, sanitize, and store kitchen utensils and equipment
- Clean tables, serving areas, counters, and floors following proper standards
