Operating within an extensive eighteen-county service area including Amite, Covington, Forrest, Franklin, Greene, Hancock, Harrison, Jeff Davis, Jones, Lamar, Lawrence, Marion, Pear River, Perry, Pike, Stone, Walthall, and Wayne counties, this organization is committed to delivering comprehensive mental health services. They cater to adults living with serious mental illnesses, children experiencing serious emotional disturbances, and individuals facing addiction or developmental disabilities. Their mission revolves around empowering these individuals to live, work, learn, and participate fully in their communities with dignity and support.

Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources operates multiple service programs and residential treatment facilities designed to address various mental health and developmental needs. One of the critical roles within this network is the Food Service Supervisor position at a residential treatment facility located in Gulfport, Mississippi. This role is integral to the facility's ability to provide nutritious, fresh, and appetizing meals to residents, a vital part of their overall care and recovery process.

The Food Service Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the preparation and service of meals in a cafeteria-style setting, ensuring compliance with health department standards and internal company guidelines. This position requires a candidate with experience in food preparation, strong organizational and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Since the facility operates 24 hours a day, flexibility in working weekends and holidays is necessary. Pine Belt Mental Healthcare Resources offers a competitive benefits package, including company-paid life insurance, long-term disability coverage, health, dental, and vision insurance options, as well as retirement plans and generous leave policies.
