The Food Service Production Representative (Cook) position at Holy Cross Health is a part-time role with rotating shifts that include weekends, based in Germantown, MD. This role is an essential part of the Food Services Department, reporting directly to the Food Service Supervisor, Patient Services Manager, and Food Service Director. The position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $17.65 to $22.71, dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, and education, with the pay scale applicable under the Fair Labor Standards Act. As a Food Service Production Representative, you will be responsible for preparing specified menu items in line with established recipes and culinary standards. You will be expected to operate industrial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, mixers, ovens, steamers, kettles, and slicers. Maintaining a clean and compliant departmental environment that adheres to all federal, state, and local food safety regulations will be key to your role.
