The Shift Leader role is a key supervisory position within Pilot Company's restaurant operations. The position offers competitive pay rates starting between $14.20 and $21.10 per hour. Shift Leaders are expected to work flexible schedules covering nights, days, weekends, and holidays. This role demands proficiency with computers, calculators, and other operational equipment, as well as the ability to interact professionally with team members at various levels, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
