Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior restaurant or food service experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- reliable and punctual
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- background check clearance

- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- excellent customer service skills and ability to cultivate a customer-focused culture
- proficiency with calculators, computers, and other operational equipment

Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant employees and operations
- respond promptly to customer needs with excellent service
- assist management with facility maintenance and operational tasks
- ensure adherence to quality standards and customer service policies
- manage team communication between hourly workers, customers, vendors, and corporate staff
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
- work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
