Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant or retail experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • leadership abilities and team management skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer focused culture
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels of team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • pass a background check

Job Duties

  • supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
  • respond to customer needs with excellent customer service
  • assist managers with tasks to maintain smooth operations
  • maintain a customer focused culture
  • ensure facilities are well-maintained
  • oversee store operations in alignment with company standards
  • manage scheduling and work flexibility
