Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant operations preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient with basic computer skills and calculator
  • Pass background check
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • Proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Background check is required

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees and general restaurant operations
  • Respond to customer needs with excellent service
  • Assist managers with operational tasks
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and smooth operations
  • Ensure adherence to company quality and service standards
  • Support team collaboration and communication
