Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in restaurant or retail supervisory roles preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic computer literacy
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- background check clearance
Job Qualifications
- previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer focused culture
- proficiency with calculators, computers, and other equipment
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- able to pass a background check
Job Duties
- supervising employees and general operations of the restaurant
- responding to the needs of customers with excellent customer service skills
- assisting managers with tasks to maintain facilities and operational efficiency
- ensuring adherence to Pilot Company’s commitment to quality and customer service
- managing and training staff to uphold company standards
- maintaining clean and safe work environments
- handling cash transactions and using relevant technology
