The Shift Leader position at Pilot Company is integral to the successful operation of their restaurant facilities within the travel centers. Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising employees, managing general daily operations of the restaurant, and ensuring a high standard of customer service is consistently maintained. This role demands a candidate who is not only knowledgeable about the operational aspects of restaurant management but also passionate about fostering a customer-focused culture. Shift Leaders support managers by executing operational tasks that help keep the restaurant running efficiently, maintaining the facilities in excellent condition, and quickly responding to any customer needs that arise. The role requires flexibility in scheduling to cover nights, days, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the travel and restaurant business. With starting pay rates between $14.16 and $20.58 per hour, this position offers a competitive wage reflecting the importance of the role and the candidate’s experience and skills.
