Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- must possess excellent customer service skills
- proficient with a calculator, computer, and other technical equipment
- ability to collaborate effectively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- must be flexible to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- pass a background check

- previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- incredible customer service skills and ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture
- proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- background check is required
Job Duties
- supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
- respond to the needs of customers with excellent customer service
- assist managers with any tasks needed to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly
- ensure store operations are carried out in line with company quality and customer service standards
- maintain a customer-focused culture
- help coordinate team efforts during shifts
- ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
