Pilot Company prides itself on its expansive energy and logistics division, which is recognized as a top supplier of fuel. This division boasts one of the largest tanker fleets and plays an essential role in providing critical services to oil operations, particularly in some of the country’s busiest basins. Throughout its history, Pilot Company has maintained a people-first culture that is deeply rooted in its founding values. Its commitment to giving back to the community is a cornerstone of its identity. Whether serving guests, fellow team members, or trucking companies, the organization is dedicated to fueling people and keeping North America moving. Also notable is the company’s policy of equal employment opportunity; all qualified applicants receive fair consideration regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Special encouragement is extended to military applicants interested in joining the team.

This role demands an individual well-versed in store operations and aligned with Pilot Food and Junction's commitment to quality and stellar customer service. The position offers competitive pay rates starting between $14.16 and $20.58 per hour and requires candidates to have the flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
