The role of Shift Leader at Pilot Company is pivotal in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within its restaurants, providing supervisory oversight while cultivating excellent customer service. The Shift Leader supervises employees across shifts, ensuring that the general operations of the restaurant adhere to the company’s strict quality and service standards. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
  • reliable attendance and punctuality
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to pass background check

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer focused culture
  • proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • successful completion of background check

Job Duties
