Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant supervisory experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to pass background check
Job Qualifications
- previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer focused culture
- proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- successful completion of background check
Job Duties
- supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
- respond to the needs of customers with excellent customer service skills
- assist managers with tasks to maintain well-run facilities
- ensure facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly
- uphold store operations consistent with company’s commitment to quality and customer service
- lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- manage flexible schedules and coordinate team shift coverage
