Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant operations preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- customer service orientation
- proficient in basic computer and calculator use
- availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- successful completion of background check

- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture
- proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- background check is required
Job Duties
- Supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
- respond to the needs of customers with excellent customer service
- assist managers with tasks ensuring facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly
- maintain a customer-focused culture
- ensure operations comply with PFJ's quality and service standards
- manage scheduling and team interactions during shifts
- handle any issues that arise to uphold store performance
