Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant operations preferred
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage and motivate a team
  • customer service orientation
  • proficient in basic computer and calculator use
  • availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • successful completion of background check

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer-focused culture
  • proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • background check is required

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
  • respond to the needs of customers with excellent customer service
  • assist managers with tasks ensuring facilities are well-maintained and running smoothly
  • maintain a customer-focused culture
  • ensure operations comply with PFJ's quality and service standards
  • manage scheduling and team interactions during shifts
  • handle any issues that arise to uphold store performance
