Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant supervision preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- customer service orientation
- proficiency in basic computer and calculator use
- flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to undergo background check
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
- proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels of staff and external contacts
- flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- background check required
Job Duties
- Supervise employees and general restaurant operations
- respond to customer needs with excellent customer service skills
- assist managers with tasks to maintain facility operations
- ensure adherence to PFJ quality and customer service standards
- maintain a customer-focused culture
- oversee the maintenance and smooth running of the restaurant
- coordinate team efforts and communicate with vendors and corporate representatives
