The Shift Leader role at Pilot Company is critical to the smooth operation of restaurant facilities within their travel centers. Shift Leaders supervise employees and oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards. This position demands a candidate who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of assisting managers in maintaining operational excellence. The Shift Leader must be well-versed in the operational requirements of the store and deeply committed to Pilot Food and Jordan’s (PFJ) quality and customer service standards. This role is essential for fostering a customer-focused culture and ensuring that the restaurant environment is well-maintained and efficiently managed. The ideal Shift Leader demonstrates outstanding leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels. This is a full-time position offering starting pay between $14.16 and $20.58 per hour, reflecting the company’s competitive compensation for key operational roles. The schedule is flexible, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays, supporting both operational needs and work-life balance for employees. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant supervision preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

  • proficiency in basic computer and calculator use
  • flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to undergo background check
