Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • excellent customer service skills
  • proficiency with calculator, computer and other operational equipment
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • willingness to undergo background check

Job Duties

  • supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
  • respond to the needs of customers with excellent customer service skills
  • assist managers with tasks to maintain and run facilities smoothly
  • oversee store operations ensuring quality and customer service standards
  • manage team interactions and ensure a positive work environment
  • work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • maintain operational equipment proficiency
