Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant supervision preferred
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • proficiency with basic computer operations and calculators
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • successful completion of background check

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
  • must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • background check is required

Job Duties

  • supervise restaurant employees and oversee general operations
  • respond to customer needs with excellent service
  • assist managers in daily tasks to maintain facility operations
  • ensure adherence to company quality and customer service standards
  • manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage
