Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant operations preferred
- proven excellent customer service skills
- proficiency in calculator, computer, and related equipment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- must pass background check
- ability to lift and move items as required
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
- proficiency with calculator, computer, and other equipment
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels of personnel

- passing background check required
Job Duties
- Supervise employees and general restaurant operations
- respond to customer needs with exceptional service
- assist managers with various tasks to maintain smooth facility operations
- ensure store operations align with company quality and service standards
- maintain a customer-focused culture
- manage flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- interact and communicate effectively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
