Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or retail leadership preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and multitask under pressure
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must pass a background check
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Proficiency with calculator, computer, and other related equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with various levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Successfully pass a background check

Job Duties

  • Supervise employees during shifts
  • Oversee general restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning
  • Respond proactively to customer needs and inquiries
  • Assist management with tasks to maintain facility standards
  • Promote and uphold company’s quality and customer service commitment
  • Handle team coordination and communication effectively
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies
