Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or retail leadership preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and multitask under pressure
- Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass a background check
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- Incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
- Proficiency with calculator, computer, and other related equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact with various levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- Successfully pass a background check
Job Duties
- Supervise employees during shifts
- Oversee general restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Respond proactively to customer needs and inquiries
- Assist management with tasks to maintain facility standards
- Promote and uphold company’s quality and customer service commitment
- Handle team coordination and communication effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies
