The Shift Leader role at Pilot Company is designed for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and have excellent leadership skills within fast-paced restaurant operations. As a Shift Leader, you will supervise employees and oversee general restaurant operations, ensuring a customer-focused atmosphere that aligns with the company’s commitment to quality and service. Starting pay rates for this position range from $17.20 to $25.55 per hour, reflecting the company’s competitive compensation package. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or retail leadership preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and multitask under pressure
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must pass a background check
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Proficiency with calculator, computer, and other related equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with various levels including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Successfully pass a background check
