Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant or retail supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills
  • proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • successful completion of a background check

Job Duties

  • supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
  • respond to the needs of customers with excellent customer service skills
  • assist the managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly
  • ensure adherence to Pilot Company’s quality and customer service standards
  • maintain a customer-focused culture within the restaurant
  • support team members and promote a positive work environment
  • monitor operational efficiency and cleanliness of the restaurant
