Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant or retail supervisory experience preferred
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation
- ability to pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
- incredible customer service skills
- proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
- ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
- successful completion of a background check
Job Duties
- supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant
- respond to the needs of customers with excellent customer service skills
- assist the managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly
- ensure adherence to Pilot Company’s quality and customer service standards
- maintain a customer-focused culture within the restaurant
- support team members and promote a positive work environment
- monitor operational efficiency and cleanliness of the restaurant
