As a Shift Leader within Pilot Company’s restaurant operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily activities and ensuring that the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently. This position is integral to maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence within the foodservice environment. Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising team members, ensuring adherence to company protocols, and assisting managers with various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities combined with excellent customer service skills to effectively respond to the needs of guests and team members alike. Being self-motivated and proactive, Shift Leaders help maintain a well-run, clean, and safe facility and promote a positive work environment. Understanding of store operations, familiarity with Pilot Company’s commitment to quality, and the ability to uphold our customer-focused culture are essential components of this role.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant or retail supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to pass a background check

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
  • incredible customer service skills
  • proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • ability to work as part of a team and interact with hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • successful completion of a background check
