Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler card
- Minimum of 3 years previous food service experience
- Ability to pass lift testing as part of hiring process
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Compliance with Oklahoma State Department of Health food safety guidelines
- Willingness to adhere to standardized policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler card
- Minimum of 3 years previous food service experience as a Cook, Prep Cook, Food Service Worker, or equivalent
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow standardized procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Job Duties
- Prepare main entrees, snacks, and catering offerings for district needs
- Follow food preparation and storage guidelines set by Oklahoma State Department of Health
- Adhere to standardized operating policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food service areas
- Assist in inventory management and food ordering
- Ensure safe handling and storage of food products
- Collaborate with food service team to meet quality standards
