Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a Food Handler card
  • Minimum of 3 years previous food service experience
  • Ability to pass lift testing as part of hiring process
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
  • Compliance with Oklahoma State Department of Health food safety guidelines
  • Willingness to adhere to standardized policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a Food Handler card
  • Minimum of 3 years previous food service experience as a Cook, Prep Cook, Food Service Worker, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow standardized procedures
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare main entrees, snacks, and catering offerings for district needs
  • Follow food preparation and storage guidelines set by Oklahoma State Department of Health
  • Adhere to standardized operating policies and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food service areas
  • Assist in inventory management and food ordering
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of food products
  • Collaborate with food service team to meet quality standards
