The Food Services Team Member position at Maine Medical Center is an essential role within the Nutrition & Food Services department. This role involves supporting the department by performing a variety of duties geared towards enhancing patient experience and operational efficiency. Responsibilities may include assisting patients with their meal selections, delivering meals promptly, washing dishes, and engaging in basic food preparation tasks. This role requires conscientious attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and service quality.

The position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in three installments, which is prorated for part-time employees. However, this bonus is not available to current MaineHealth employees; eligibility requires separation from the MaineHealth system for at least six months. The role typically demands previous food service experience and a preference for candidates possessing food safety certifications such as ServSafe, alongside a high school diploma or GED. Job Requirements
