Job Duties

  • Prepares fruit and vegetable ingredients such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding
  • Weighs and measures designated ingredients accurately
  • Transports pans, kettles and trays of food safely between workstations, stove and refrigerator
  • Stores food in designated areas following proper wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures
  • Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils thoroughly
  • Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment
  • Uses approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality, serving temperatures and portion control
  • Serves customers politely and efficiently following company service steps
  • Resolves customer concerns and communicates with supervisors
  • Ensures compliance with company service standards and inventory control procedures
  • Adheres to all sanitation and safety requirements
  • Performs additional duties as assigned
