Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service, food service or cashier roles preferred
  • Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Basic math skills to handle cash transactions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform food preparation tasks
  • Availability to work full-time schedule Monday through Saturday
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables
  • Weigh and measure designated ingredients
  • Carry pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator following safety standards
  • Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment
  • Store foods in designated areas according to wrapping, dating and food safety procedures
  • Clean work areas, equipment and utensils
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements
  • Use approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and portion control
  • Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following steps of service
  • Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner
  • Relay relevant information to supervisor
  • Perform sales transactions
  • Enter sales into cash register accurately
  • Make change, accept various forms of payment
  • Issue receipts
  • Follow procedures for cash refunds
  • Maintain cash drawer compliance
  • Replenish condiments, beverages and supplies while maintaining cleanliness
  • Perform other assigned duties
