Job Duties
- Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables
- Weigh and measure designated ingredients
- Carry pans, kettles and trays of food in accordance with safety standards
- Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment
- Store foods following wrapping, dating and food safety procedures
- Clean work areas, equipment and utensils
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety requirements
- Use approved food recipes and production standards
- Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner
- Interact with customers and resolve complaints
- Relay relevant information to supervisor
- Perform sales transactions and enter sales into the cash register
- Make change and accept declining balance cards and other payments
- Issue receipts and follow cash refund procedures
- Manage assigned change funds and cash receipts
- Replenish condiments, beverages and supplies
- Maintain service area cleanliness
- Perform other duties as assigned
