- food safety certification required within 90 days of job entry
- excellent customer service skills
- proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2 years of food and nutrition experience highly preferred

Job Duties
- prepare assemble and deliver patient meals in accordance with quality service infection control and food safety standards
- deliver stock supplies to the patient floor kitchens
- serve guests maintaining positive customer guest relations
- appropriately replenish used foods and supplies
- complete sanitation duties
- perform dish room duties daily
- collect payments for guest trays
- handle cafeteria food sales as a cashier according to established policies and procedures
- set up and serve meals for corporate retail catering Doctors Dining Room and other dining outlets
- decorate buffet and reception tables as assigned
