Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years customer service experience preferably in food and nutrition
- food safety certification within 90 days of employment
- excellent customer service skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Prepare, assemble, and deliver patient meals in accordance with quality, service, infection control, and food safety standards
- deliver stock supplies to patient floor kitchens
- serve guests while maintaining positive customer/guest relations
- appropriately replenish used foods and supplies
- complete sanitation duties
- perform dish room duties as assigned daily
- collect payments for guest trays
- handle transactions for food sales in the cafeteria as a cashier in accordance with established policies and procedures
- set up and serve meals for corporate retail, catering, Doctors Dining Room, and other dining outlets
- decorate buffet and reception tables as assigned
- follow all aspects of high-quality food preparation and service or support coworkers to do so
- independently perform all functions and provide cross-training in food service responsibilities
