Joining OHA as a Food Service Worker means becoming part of a team that values mutual respect, dedication, and enthusiasm. Employees benefit from a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits including excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, optional life and disability insurance, retirement security through PERS or OPSRP, and professional development opportunities. OHA also supports its workforce with initiatives like the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program and accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Applicants are encouraged to submit a complete application profile including a resume and cover letter to highlight relevant skills, experience, and commitment to the position and the OHA mission.
