Working in a fast-paced, lively environment, the Barista becomes a key connection point for customers, using their personality and genuine interaction to build lasting relationships. This role involves engaging authentically with each customer by greeting them warmly, responding promptly to their needs, and ensuring that every beverage prepared is crafted to the highest standards. The Barista is instrumental in making the Starbucks location a central and inviting spot on the base where community members can relax, socialize, and recharge.

Employees in this position benefit from flexible scheduling that supports their personal and professional lives, comprehensive medical, dental, life, and disability insurance plans, as well as paid time off, shift differentials, holiday pay, and pension and 401K plans for qualifying associates. You will take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere that ensures every customer leaves with an extraordinary experience, reinforcing the Exchange's reputation for excellence and community focus. This role requires adaptability, quick thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as the ability to maintain brand knowledge and share it enthusiastically with customers.

The Exchange is committed to employee growth and development. Working here means joining a team devoted to your success with the tools and resources necessary to thrive.
