Physical requirements may include activities such as bending, crouching, walking, climbing stairs or ladders, and lifting up to 40 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting expected up to 50 pounds. In some cases, duties may extend to outdoor work in various weather conditions and seasonal tasks such as snow removal using snow shovels or plows.
