Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of food service experience
  • Availability to work flexible full-time schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to perform physical work including lifting and carrying
  • Willingness to adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Capable of communicating effectively with team members and customers
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Basic math skills for measuring ingredients

Job Duties

  • Perform prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables
  • Weigh and measure designated ingredients
  • Carry pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator following safety standards
  • Store food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures
  • Clean work areas, equipment and utensils
  • Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment
  • Utilize approved food recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control
  • Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service
  • Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to supervisor
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards and inventory and cash control procedures
  • Assure compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
