The role also involves maintaining cleanliness in work areas and equipment, efficiently distributing supplies, and ensuring all service and inventory procedures comply with company standards. Serving customers with friendliness and efficiency is an essential part of the role, as is resolving customer concerns and communicating relevant information to supervisors. Employees in this role will be expected to support a culture of sanitation and safety while contributing to the overall mission of providing hospitality that sets the stage for healing.
