Job Requirements
- Food service and customer service experience is preferred
- working papers required if under 18 years of age
- ability to follow instructions
- ability to read and write English at a minimum 6th grade level
- willingness to work rotating shifts
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
- adherence to safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service experience preferred
- strong customer service skills
- ability to follow instructions
- basic literacy in English at a minimum 6th grade level
- ability to work flexible, rotating shifts
- commitment to teamwork and professional conduct
Job Duties
- Assist in cleaning and sanitation of the food service area including dishwashing, sweeping, and mopping
- set and clear tables as needed
- serve meals or prepare meals for delivery using correct portioning and presentation
- ensure food is at the correct temperature and meets quality standards
- follow HACCP guidelines for food handling and production
- properly store foods according to corporate, state, and federal food safety procedures
- maintain good working relationships with co-workers, customers, administrators, and managers
- perform job safely and maintain a clean and safe work environment
