Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum six months related experience preferred
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Able to distinguish colors and hear sufficiently
- Able to safely operate standard kitchen equipment
- Food Handler's Certification required within 14 days of hire

Job Duties
- Set up tray line workstation accurately and timely
- Clean and sanitize pots, pans, dishes, and utensils properly
- Aid in overall cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen area
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely
- Follow written and oral instructions carefully
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as needed
