The Food Service Worker position at Aramark offers an hourly wage between $22.00 and $24.00 and involves critical responsibilities supporting food preparation and kitchen operations. This role assists the manager in preparing meals and managing meal records and cash receipts, ensuring all daily reports are completed accurately. The position emphasizes maintaining high standards of food quality, sanitation, and kitchen safety practices to provide excellent service to customers. The Food Service Worker prepares quality food and baked goods according to planned menus while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. They supervise food temperature and storage, maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, and handle kitchen equipment with care, particularly knives and other tools. This role may include physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, and extended standing, and requires adherence to uniforms and use of personal protective equipment when necessary.
