The selected candidate will be an essential part of the food service team at the MWR Club. Duties include setting up and breaking down cafeteria lines, steam tables, and dining room tables, ensuring food and beverage stations are stocked with a variety of items including meats, vegetables, salads, desserts, bread, butter, and beverages. The work involves serving food cafeteria style, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and performing preventive maintenance on cleaning equipment such as dishwashers. This person will actively engage in deep cleaning duties such as scrubbing kitchen facilities, cleaning exhaust hoods, and sanitizing waste disposal areas, emphasizing hygiene and safety in all areas. Responsibilities also encompass assisting with food preparation tasks like assembling salads and sandwiches and managing cash handling when working in coffee shops, food trucks, or central kitchen locations.
