Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to follow written instructions
- prior experience in food service or similar environment preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the covid 19 virus or provide valid exemption
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to perform duties including standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- provide support for the main kitchen of the food and nutrition department including set up all stations and perform positions
- break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
- perform floor stock procedures
- clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
- assure that all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage and or placed for sale
- use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
