Familiarity with maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with federal and state regulations is also mandatory.

This role offers a flexible, varied schedule with shift hours generally around eight hours. Weekend work may be required on an as-needed basis. The compensation ranges from $24.28 to $29.13 per hour, reflecting the geographic location and candidate qualifications. As a per diem/casual employee, this position provides a unique opportunity for those seeking flexible work arrangements in a reputable healthcare setting.

While benefits are not included for this per diem status, Sutter Health’s overarching value system and organizational culture emphasize inclusive, respectful, and supportive work conditions. The hospital maintains non-exempt status for this role, ensuring clear labor compliance and equitable working conditions.
