Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Willingness to stand for extended periods
- Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking
- Dependable and flexible
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare and assist team members in the preparation of quality foods according to the planned menu, recipes, and work instructions in a timely manner
- Clean work area and maintain food safe workstation by cleaning refrigerators, freezers, cooking and serving equipment
- Serve food during planned meal schedules according to department policies and procedures
- Utilize kitchen utensils and equipment to cook, prepare and serve food according to recipes and nutritional needs
- Abide by all food safety regulations relating to sanitation, food handling, and storage
- Keep up with garbage collection, and maintain kitchen floors clean from excess food and trash
- Perform other related duties as assigned
