Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts including rotating weekends
- Reliable transportation or ability to commute to Holy Cross House location
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Willingness to work flexible and varying schedules
- Must be able to pass any required background checks and health screenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to adapt to varying shifts including weekends
- Basic food safety knowledge is a plus
- No previous experience required
Job Duties
- Work anywhere on property where food is prepared or served
- Assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steam tables
- Set up stations with entrees, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products and utensils
- Provide general stocking duties in service area
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work stations
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
